Whewwwwwwwww….
A sea day and a welcome break after two very full days in Israel. We spent most of the day reading, relaxing, napping and working on our travel blog. We celebrated the Easter Vigil and it was much more meaningful to us because of our experiences in Israel. The readings of this Lenten season came to life for us as we walked through the Bible sites these last days. We are truly blest. Father Bruce used an olive branch from the shores of the Sea of Galilee to sprinkle the Holy Water during the renewal of our Baptismal Vows.
The 992 photos of our first day in Israel and the 722 from our second day are downloaded and organized. Aren’t you glad that we are selective (or so we think) in what we add to the posts.
We’re rested up and looking forward to tomorrow’s tour in a new port, Bodrum, Turkey. Good night and Happy Easter.
