There is no intent on our part to try to confuse anyone with the discrepancies in dates and times. The time on the blog is associated with California time since that is where Google hosts the post. It has nothing to do with the time that we actually post the blog. We try to date each of the blogs with the days being described and sometimes we don’t get them posted immediately. The blog also “posts” a date to each entry that reflects the CA date for the post.
On top of all that, remember that we are often confused about where we are, or what time it is, so please consider that figuring out the date and a time is a challenge to the elderly. . Also, we would like to start a “catch the error(s)” contest…not sure what the prize will be or the date and time of its awarding, but we will be presenting it in Funchal and you must be present to win.
